My Sunday was wild and busy. I keep looking at the deadline for donating
homemade Christmas cookies to my church and wondering if I'm ever going to
get around to baking them.

Sally, it isn't difficult just a bit time consuming.
It's just a case of baking the pastry case and then with our old oven you
have to wait awhile for it to cool down before you can make the tart. The
custard part is just a couple of eggs mixed with 1/2 pint of heated milk
and a couple of spoonfuls of sugar. Put it in the pastry case and
bake.
