Relaxing

Why are the weekends so short! It seems no time between finishing work and going back again. However long or short I enjoyed my usual lazy Sunday. Reading the papers, watching a bit of television including an old film, Ghostbusters this afternoon and a nice glass of wine to finish the evening. Once again it has not been the kind of day to persuade anyone to go out even into the garden. Grey and damp although the sun did come out - for about an hour - this afternoon. We have the promise of warm weather and sun for a day or two and then it's back to rain and chilly days again.

The weather hasn't been so nice here either, but it sounds like you are
