West Wing

Have just watched the West Wing. It's enjoyable if probably not very realistic. It all seems a little too glamourous. In this country political drama is a lot more gritty. We are possibly a bit more cynical about our politicians, much more than we used to be, but there again seeing what quality of leadership we have now possibly quite rightly. Trying to show biz things up here has led to a lot of smirking and derision. Among real people, anyway. It's hard to class the inhabitants of certain sections of London as real anymore.
