Chocolate covered strawberries

One of my favourite Summer fruits is strawberries and one of my favourite anythings is chocolate. And together they are fabulous. This morning Mum and I made some for after dinner tonight. And speaking of chocolate another big thank you to Tine whose package of Belgian chocolate arrived this morning. It has been sampled and it is very nice.
As far as my diet goes today hasn't been very good at all. I had lunch out with my friend who was very good and had salad again, her diet is working well, but I had my usual chips. I suspect it will be salads for me all next week! It is certainly salad weather, glorious sunshine and we're promised even more next week. Bought some ssun block this morning, factor 25, we all burn too easily. Hopefully that doesn't mean we've jinxed it and the sun will stay.

Doesn't it feel wonderful when the sun is shining. I hope she will stay for
a while. Now don't you scare her away with the sunblock :)
