Another busy morning at work which is all to the good. The mornings are flying by lately. And there seems to be a lot of walking involved which must be good. So much exercise, although it doesn't seem that way when I get on the scales! Unfortunately our wonderful weather has fled today. The clouds are back and the mist and drizzle returned. Hopefully the sunshine will come back soon. I was getting quite used to not shivering when I went outside!
