The frustrations of the technologically illiterate

Once again I'm frustrated. It's always something so simple. And the computer just sits there and looks at you. Dumbly. Yesterday it was bookmarks, today it's changing colours on titles. Probably my fault but that's not much help when you know what you want to do but it will not allow you. Cleansing breaths all round.
