New look

I felt it was about time to swap the nice fresh greens for a different style.  So a new look.  I'm still not sure about the header picture but I'm sure as the leaves and trees start to change I can find something nice.

Work was fairly dull, still one week before term starts and although there are more people around there is still not much for us to do.  This morning though I got to listen in on an quite entertaining conversation while I was on the desk.  It's always more fun when you can just listen rather than have to respond.  A mature student who wasn't keen on all the technology was trying to persuade one of the other aides that instead of the internet a much better method of sending information here and there would be to use carrier pigeons.  I thought he was joking at first but apparently not.  The internet can be slow but it never risks ending up being baked into a pie!

My aches and pains are still troubling me a bit.  The ankle seems better but the back and the knee are still a bit painful.  It could be the cool weather which is actually quite cold now.  Or it could be the wonderful trolleys we're given to work with.  The one I was using this morning was being obstinate to a very annoying degree.  Why go straight ahead when turning in circles is much more fun!
