Quiet

For the first time in what seems like ages we had sunshine today!  And it lasted the whole day!  No grey clouds.  It certainly didn't bring out the students though as today was oddly quiet.  In the middle of the exams you expect a lot of activity and a lot of books but there was little of either.  Even stranger after we found out yesterday that, yes we were right when we kept saying it's much busier than usual.  We are dealing with quite a lot more books this year than we did last.  So today was a bit of a breathing space for us. 

After work I met my friend and we had lunch instead of our normal Saturday as she can't make that for the next two weeks.  And this evening I plan some reading, some of my jigsaw then a favourite film I recorded last night, Wonder Boys, all with a glass of wine.
