Overindulgence is good for the brain

posted Thursday, 30 December 2004
I still attempt the su doku puzzle in the Times every day but I usually find I can cope up to Wednesday but the rest of the week's are too hard to finish or I get so far and realise I've messed up. Well, this morning I managed not only to finish it but finish it correctly and in, for me, record time. My brain just seemed to fly through it. So somewhere in all the chocolate and pudding and cake there must have been good brain food. I wonder which it was. That's a good excuse to keep eating it!

I shall have to test your theory now by scoffing a Terry's chocolate orange before attempting the Independent cryptic crossword. :-) Thanks for the excuse Cal :-)

Happy New Year to you and yours.
