Hot and cold

I need sleep!  Part of it is my own fault.  For some reason this week I seem to have been incapable of getting to bed at a reasonable hour.  So today I was a little spaced out at work.  The heat didn't help.  There are lots of hot spots but on the other hand there are some cold spots too so at least there are ways of cooling down when it gets too much!  So a nice easy afternoon for me, a bit of reading, a bit of my jigsaw, some television and this evening a film I recorded the other night, Good Night, and Good Luck which I am looking forward to watching.
