There are still a one or two fireworks going off although not many. This year hasn't been a vintage year. I don't know if the awful weather has anything to do with it but even though there was a constant drizzle and a very misty sky that made most of the smoke just hang in the garden we enjoyed our fireworks and sparklers. And we enjoyed watching them go off all around us too. There were some big elsewhere and lots of noise and colour! Afterwards we had jacket potatoes with a nice glass of whiskey to warm us up and then some homemade chocolate brownies. All in all it was a very enjoyable.
