Favourite music

posted Thursday, 25 September 2003
A bit like books I couldn't make a favourite list for music. Tracks possibly, artists definitely not. My tastes are pretty wide spread or I suppose I could say fickle. I'll listen to something again and again for some time and then not touch it for weeks or even months. There is nobody really that I would say is the must have with me. If you looked at my CD collection I suppose I favour female vocalists over anything else but that's not a conscious thing just how it's worked out. If you want a flavour of my tastes, recent purchases have been The Eurythmics, Alison Moyet, Madonna and Travis. Not exactly experimental, I know. What you could say is if it's well-written and well-performed it has a chance with me. I got an Anastasia CD for my birthday and decided I quite like that - female singers again!
