Colour

It's easy to see this week that Summer is very definitely on the way out - not that we had much of it in the first place.  There is a definite chill in the air, the sky - when it's possible to see it - is a chillier blue and the nights are drawing in.  The trees are just beginning to change and the red and yellow leaves are beginning to appear on the ground.

After a morning that was hard on the feet if nothing else - it's still dull but I seemed to cover a lot of ground - it was a lazy afternoon.  I spent most of it in front of the television watching Fantastic Voyage an old favourite.  The special effects might not be as spectacular as more recent films but the films themselves are usually much better than them.
